Care Harbor is planning its tenth free mega-clinic event, reaching out to the thousands of underserved individuals and families within our communities who are without access to the healthcare they need. The clinic will be held April 27-28, 2019 at the Fairplex in Pomona – our first free clinic to serve the Eastern Los Angeles and San Bernardino County communities.
Wristbands are free and will be given out at the following two locations:

Youth and Family Club of Pomona Valley, 1420 S. Garey Ave., Pomona, CA 91766
Beginning at 10:00 AM
